1. What two dispositional areas do you feel very comfortable with and why?

I feel like with a lot of the dispositional areas I feel comfortable. Especially with Responsive and communicator. I strive to achieve my best in every aspect of every class I take. I am always open to criticism and willing to be open to work with others. I want to challenge myself, and be able to be a team player and a team leader.

        2. What is one dispositional area you want to focus on during your student teaching semester? 

Even though I feel confident with a lot of the dispositional areas, I also feel like I can always be growing in a lot of the areas. There is always something new to be learning, and I feel like I will gain a lot of that when I am student teaching. I think I will learn a lot who I am as a teacher through student teaching because I really am going to be thrown into the classroom. I think just be more comfortable in front of my students and trying to be my true self as a teacher.

        3. Any other thoughts about Professional Dispositions related to you being a successful educator

It is interesting to write this reflection, and take a look at my whole semester and how I have grown as a teacher. I think every year I am always saying how I am continuing to learn and I can never stop growing as a teacher. And I feel like this semester is true testament to that. I have learned a lot about the education system, how important relationships are, and the virtually learning world. It has been challenging but I think I have grown so much after this semester, and I am prepared for student teaching.
