Standard 3: Teachers plan and deliver effective instruction and create an environment that facilitates learning for their students.

Element B: Teachers use formal and informal methods to assess student learning, provide feedback, and use results to inform planning and instruction.

Rationale: Giving student feedback, and using different techniques to assess students is something I try to continue to work out. Creating assessments to understand where students are at in the lesson will help you as a teacher and the student as well. 

Reflection: I picked two artifacts for this element. I created a lesson plan that incorporated different assessments to understand student learning. And I also attached a analysis that I created that takes a look at different students work. 

Element C: Teachers integrate and utilize appropriate available technology to engage students in authentic learning experiences

Rationale: Technology is great for students to use in the classroom. Especially when we have been learning virtually I feel like I have learned so much about technology. 

Reflection: I created a lesson with another teacher in EDUC 450 and we used some technology in the slides to create our lesson. We did a voice over through out the lesson so students can listen to our lesson while reading the slides. And then in the end students will create a flip grid which is a type of video that students can create to talk about what they learned. This flip grid acted as an assessment.
