During my time at Boltz Middle School, I was extremely fortunate to be working specifically with Ms. Hesse who is the Special education teacher.  It was amazing to see how she created such a safe, and inclusive environment for the students that we were working with. I attached the PSD Special Education Parent Handbook because this was one of the handouts that I received in one of the presentations by the vice principal of Boltz, Josh Richey. It was an awesome opportunity to learn more about how Boltz Middle school is making a culture and environment for the special education population they have at Boltz. I also attached my field notes, and it talks about what a class period looked like being in Ms. Hesse classroom. It also attached the layout of the classroom and how it is laid out.
