Element A: Teachers demonstrate high standards for professional conduct.
Rationale: Being professional at all times as a teacher is a essential. We are role models and our students look up to us, so we need to be professional and respectful. We want to show students what it should look like to be professional as a teacher and in the work place.
Reflection: I attached my ME flyer, which I created for my classroom to show students what I like to do, and my hobbies. It is important to be professional but also important to show that we are human and we do other things than just teaching.
Element B: Teachers link professional growth to their professional goals
Rationale: Showing students that we having professional growth as a teacher and learner is important. I think we should always be wanting to be growing, and be a leader in our community.
Reflection: I attached my resume to show how I have grown as a professional, and also what I have done to be a leader in the community. And how I have been a leader in projects and a part of projects to grow the community and be a better community member.
